Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. We try our best to get all orders out the same day.  

2. Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, the shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier used.

3. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders under $100, a shipping fee will be applied during checkout. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

5. Customs and import taxes:  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

      Returns Policy:

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Here's what you need to know:

      1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

      3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

      4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

      5. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
